Insurance & Payment

We accept private pay and in-network insurance plans (United healthcare, Blue cross blue shield, Aetna, and UMR). Insurance costs typically range from $25 a day to $800-900 for the evaluation. It is your responsibility to know your insurance plan and benefits, but we are happy to help get an estimate from your insurance company prior to your appointment so you can understand how much you owe.

A $100 deposit is required to schedule. This is a non-refundable deposit if you no-show the appointment. You will have one opportunity to re-schedule if you are not able to make your initial scheduled appointment. If your copay is less than $100, the difference will be refunded to you upon attending your appointment.
