  • Founder and Licensed Psychologist

Who I am : I have lived in Kansas City since 2018. I have a school age son and I've been married for 7 years. I am a nature lover, exercise enthusiast, dog and cat mom, and I love exploring new places and events.

Where I'm from: I have previously lived in Atlanta, GA, Milwaukee, WI, Chicago, IL, Lawrence, KS, and now Kansas City, KS. Most people in Kansas City tend to comment on my Wisconsin accent, even though I've tried my best to get rid of it. I love the big city vibe of Kansas City, while still being small enough to not have bad rush hour traffic.

Where I live: I recently moved to Kansas City, KS, and I love my community. It is also a great blend of wooded and natural areas while still being nearby the Kansas City downtown area. I chose to set up my practice in KCK to offer services in an underserved area.

What I live for: You may catch me around Kansas City at a park, the gym, the pool, or at local festivals. I love traveling, exercising, and pushing myself to expand my comfort zone. I love house plants and gardening, spending time outdoors, and challenging myself at endurance sports. I am currently training for a my first full marathon and a half ironman next year.

  • I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I have a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and a Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, IL.

  • I have been doing psychological evaluations and therapy since 2013. I have worked in a range of settings, from schools, community mental health centers, group practices, and now private practice. I have done a range of evaluations in the past. I am currently specialized in ADHD and autism evaluations, personality disorder evaluations, and general mental health diagnosis evaluations. For therapy, I specialize in trauma therapy, identity issues, grief counseling, and nonverbal approaches to therapy (e.g., EMDR, sandtray therapy, expressive arts, etc.)
